- This 6 week beginner 1/2 workshop will teach you a sultry, flowing dance routine incorporating beginner 1 and 2 pole moves and combos using sultry floor work dance moves, pole sits, holds and climbs. You'll get an amazing core workout and feel sexier than ever.

FLEX AND FLOW, EVERY SATURDAY FOR 6 WEEKS BEGINNING SATURDAY OCTOBER 21ST AT 2PM
- In this intro to intermediate dance class you'll learn true grace and flow in your dancing. Combining spins, body waves, climbing, inverting and learning how to free style, you'll improve your mobility and flexibility, while getting a full body muscle toning workout.
- To attend this class you must have taken several beginner 1 and beginner 2 classes. This is an intro to intermediate type class, not for first time dancers or beginners. 75 minute class taught by Tiffany Jay.
